Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Car Widgets (the "App") or https://carwidgets.app (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the Site.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf where required by applicable law.

Application License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activity that occurs through your use of the App, and for ensuring that any content you add complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Permitted Use

You may use Car Widgets to personalize your car screen experience using the customization features made available within the App, including supported widgets, themes, icons, photos, animated GIFs and startup sounds.

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from the App, except where permitted by law.
• Using the App to upload or display unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfering with or disrupting the App, its servers, or its security features.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S..
• Using the App in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law.

Personal Content

You retain ownership of any personal photos or content you add to the App. By adding personal content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, themes and underlying software, is owned by CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Subscriptions

Certain premium features of Car Widgets may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Subscription pricing, duration and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase within the App.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, its length and conditions will be shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a paid subscription may begin automatically, in accordance with Apple's App Store billing terms.

Billing & Renewal

All purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's policies.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

Refunds

Because purchases are billed and processed by Apple, refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable systems and policies rather than being issued directly by CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S.. You can request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Feature Availability

Features, themes and content may vary by App version, region or device, and may be added, changed or removed over time as the App evolves.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple's App Store and in-app purchase infrastructure, to operate certain features. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Car Widgets does not modify, control or interface with your vehicle's operating systems, and is not a substitute for safe driving practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except that mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
