End User License Agreement

Parties to This Agreement

This Agreement is between you and CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S., not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

License Grant

CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Car Widgets on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Ownership

CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. retains all right, title and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, except for the limited license expressly granted to you under this Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• copy, modify or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the App, except as permitted by law;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App;
• remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices on the App.

User-Generated & Personal Content

Any personal photos, GIFs or other content you choose to add within the App remain yours. You are solely responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use it.

App Store Distribution Terms

You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Premium features may be available through subscriptions or in-app purchases processed by Apple. Billing, renewal and cancellation are governed by Apple's App Store terms and your Apple ID account settings.

Updates

CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. may release updates to the App from time to time to improve features, performance or compatibility. Some features may require the latest version of the App to function correctly.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services necessary for its operation, such as the App Store's purchase infrastructure. Your use of such services may be subject to their own applicable terms, and you agree to comply with those terms where relevant.

Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

Warranty Disclaimer

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. disclaims all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Neither CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S. nor Apple will be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, or if you delete the App from your device.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Apple-Specific Terms

• This Agreement is between you and CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S., not Apple.
• Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content whatsoever.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, CODVIA TEKNOLOJI A.S., not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense and settlement of such claim.
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
